On March 26, 2014, the National Security Law Journal at George Mason University School of Law hosted Safe and Surveilled, a symposium featuring a keynote address by former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey, who spoke on the NSA, wiretapping, and the data-mining program known as PRISM.
