The video from our “Safe and Surveilled” event is now available online. This program, hosted by the National Security Law Journal at the Arlington Campus of George Mason University, featured a keynote address by former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey followed by a spirited debate between Professor Robert Turner of the University of Virginia School of Law and Professor Stephen Vladeck of American University’s Washington College of Law. All three speakers commented on the NSA, wiretapping, and the legality of the data-mining program known as PRISM.
